This Shipping Policy outlines how deliveries are handled for purchases made on VARN, a brand under Innopay Retail Pvt. Ltd. We recommend reviewing this policy before placing an order to understand our shipping timelines, processes, and support.
- Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. Delivery availability may vary depending on your location and the serviceability of our courier partners. Certain remote areas may experience limited delivery options or longer delivery timelines. At present, international shipping is not offered.
2. Shipping Methods and Charges
All orders are dispatched using standard shipping. Estimated delivery timelines:
- Metro cities: 5 – 7 business days
- Other locations: 7 – 10 business days
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and vary based on order value, product weight, and delivery destination. From time to time, free shipping may be offered on orders above a specified value, as indicated during checkout.
a. Order Processing
Orders are processed within one to two business days after payment confirmation. Business days are counted from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST may be processed on the following business day. During sales or periods of high demand, processing timelines may be slightly extended.
b. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email containing tracking details will be sent to you. You can track your order through:
- The VARN website using your order ID
- The courier partner's tracking page
- Customer support assistance
- Tracking updates may take 24 – 48 hours to reflect after dispatch.

3. Delivery Attempts and Re-delivery
Our courier partners usually make two to three delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful, the shipment may be held at the nearest courier facility for pickup or returned to us. You may be contacted to reschedule delivery, and in certain cases, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
a. Delivery Verification
For security and verification purposes, you or an authorised representative must be present at the delivery address to receive the order. The delivery personnel may request identification at the time of delivery.
b. Delivery Issues
If a product is received in a damaged or defective condition:
- It must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Clear photographs of the product and outer packaging are required.
Based on our evaluation and in accordance with our Returns Policy, a replacement or refund will be arranged.
If your order is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us within 48 hours. We will investigate the matter with the courier partner, and the resolution may include a re-shipment or refund depending on the findings.
In the event that an incorrect item is delivered, please inform us immediately. We will arrange for the pickup of the incorrect product and ensure that the correct item is delivered to you.
4. Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on size, weight, or destination. Delivery timelines may be impacted by:

- Natural calamities
