Returns & Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase on VARN. By placing an order on our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below. 

 

Important Notice 

All products available on our Platform are sold on a final sale basis. We encourage you to review all product information thoroughly before completing your purchase. 

 

  1. All Sales Are Final 

All products sold are considered final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for any purchase. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any purchases, regardless of the reason.  

By completing a purchase, you confirm that:  

  • You have reviewed all product details, sizes, and images. 
  • You understand that the purchase is final. 
  • You waive any right to return the product or request a refund. 

 

2. No Returns 

We do not accept returns in any situation, including when: 

  • The product does not fit as expected. 
  • The product appears slightly different due to screen/display variations. 
  • An incorrect size or colour is ordered. 
  • There is a change of mind after purchase. 
  • Expectations differ from product description, images, or size charts. 

 

3. No Refunds 

Refunds are not provided for any purchases made on our Platform. Once payment has been successfully processed and the order is confirmed, the transaction is considered complete and final. No monetary refunds, store credits, or alternative compensation will be issued. 

 

4. No Exchanges 

We do not offer exchanges on any products purchased from our Platform. Customers are responsible for verifying size, colour preference, and product selection before completing their purchase. 

 

5. Order Cancellation 

Once an order has been placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Orders are processed immediately after confirmation, and changes or cancellations are not possible after this stage. 

 

6. Exceptions Under Applicable Law 

If you receive a product that is: 

  • Defective 
  • Damaged during transit 
  • Materially different from what was ordered 

You may be entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.  

To raise a claim, please contact us at support@varn.in within 48 hours of delivery and provide: 

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging 
  • Your order details 
  • A brief description of the issue 
  • An unboxing video clearly showing the defect or damage 

All claims will be reviewed, and if deemed valid under applicable law, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. 

 

7. Non‑Delivery 

If your order is not delivered within the estimated timeframe and is confirmed as lost in transit, we will either: 

  • Reship the product, or 
  • Issue a refund for the order value 

 

8. Statutory Consumer Rights 

This policy does not limit or exclude any rights available to you under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or other applicable laws in India, including rights related to: 

  • Defective goods 
  • Goods not matching their description 
  • Goods not delivered 

 

9. Customer Responsibility 

Customers are responsible for: 

  • Reviewing all product descriptions and images before purchasing. 
  • Carefully checking size charts and taking accurate measurements. 
  • Understanding that colours may vary slightly across screens/devices. 
  • Entering the correct shipping address and verifying it before checkout. 

We are not responsible for orders placed with incorrect information or for dissatisfaction arising from expectations that differ from the product description provided on the Platform. 

 

10. Pricing Errors 

In the event of an inadvertent pricing error on the Platform, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund the amount paid. This is the ONLY situation where a refund may be initiated outside:  

  • Applicable consumer law, or 
  • Valid defect/damage claims
